At AI Academy Bangladesh, we strive to provide quality education and a positive learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a cancellation or refund is necessary. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.

What is a Refund?

A refund is the reimbursement of payment for a course or service if a learner is unable to access the course due to technical issues on our website, does not receive the resources promised in the course, or mistakenly purchases the wrong course. All refunds are subject to a verification process.
 

How to Request a Refund?

If you have paid for an individual course or a bundle course, you can request a refund within 48 hours of your payment. To request a refund, follow these steps:
 

• Call us at +8801767776181 (10 AM - 8 PM, Bangladesh Standard Time). Clearly state the email address and/or phone number you used to register and purchase the course.
• Our customer support representative will send you an SMS with a link to a form. Officially submit your refund request through this form, providing all necessary purchase details.

Refund requests are only considered valid if you contact us via phone at +8801767776181 within 48 hours of your purchase and complete the refund request form, accurately providing your email address and phone number used during registration.

N.B.: Refunds do not apply to e-books. For subscription-based courses, refunds are not applicable if a request is submitted after the course has started.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase, or through a voucher, within 7-10 working days of approval. Confirmation will be sent via email to the user.

When Will a Refund NOT Be Applicable?

A refund will not be applicable in the following situations:
 

• If you submit the refund request after 48 hours from the purchase date.
• If you have already earned a Course Certificate within the 48-hour complaint period.
• If you file a complaint within the 48-hour complaint period and earn the course certificate within the next 7-day refund period.
• If you complete any activities within the course(such as, video playback, quiz attempt, download of any materials) after you have already requested a refund.
• If you complete more than 5 premium or paid videos before requesting a refund.
• If you have purchased an ebook.
• If you have purchased a subscription-based course and the class has started.

When Will a Refund BE Applicable?

A refund may be applicable in the following circumstances:

• If you made a wrong purchase or wish to switch to another course, a transfer can be facilitated via a voucher. If the price of the new course is:
• Higher than the original purchase, you must pay the additional amount.
• Lower than the original purchase, we will refund the difference using the original payment method.
• If AI Academy Bangladesh fails to provide the resources as promised in the course.
• If you mistakenly purchased a live class instead of a recorded class or vice-versa.

What Happens When You Request a Refund?

• Once a refund request is submitted, your enrolled course will be temporarily locked.
• AI Academy Bangladesh will notify you via SMS within 3 working days of your request if your refund is approved.
• If your request is approved, you will be unenrolled from the course, and all your progress will be removed. If you wish to purchase the course again, you will have to start from the beginning.
• You will receive a support ticket ID via SMS to allow you to follow up on the refund request.
   

The refund can take up to 7-10 working days to return to your account. If it takes longer, please call us at +8801767776181 (10 AM - 8 PM, Bangladesh Standard Time).

Upon completion of the refund, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS.
